[ঢাকা, ২০ নভেম্বর, ২০২৪] ইউনাইটেড কমার্শিয়াল ব্যাংক পিএলসি (ইউসিবি) এবং ঢাকা ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটি (ডিআইইউ) এর মধ্যে একটি সমঝোতা স্মারক (এমওইউ) স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে, যার মাধ্যমে ব্যাংকিং সেবা, যেমন টিউশন ফি সংগ্রহ এবং অন্যান্য ব্যাংকিং সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে। সম্প্রতি এই স্বাক্ষর অনুষ্ঠানটি ডিআইইউ ক্যাম্পাসে (সাতারকুল, ঢাকা) অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।
ইউসিবির অতিরিক্ত ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক নাবিল মোস্তাফিজুর রহমান এবং ঢাকা ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটির (ডিআইইউ) বোর্ড অব ট্রাস্টিজ (বিওটি)-এর চেয়ারম্যান শামীম হায়দার পাটোয়ারী অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
এছাড়াও অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ইউসিবির সিনিয়র এক্সিকিউটিভ ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট এবং ট্রানজেকশন ব্যাংকিং বিভাগের প্রধান মো. সেকান্দার-ই-আজম; ঢাকা ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটির (ডিআইইউ) বোর্ড অব ট্রাস্টিজের ভাইস-চেয়ারম্যান ড. এস. কাদির পাটোয়ারী; ঢাকা ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটির (ডিআইইউ) ব্যবসায় প্রশাসন অনুষদের উপদেষ্টা প্রফেসর মো. সেলিম ভূঁইয়া এবং ঢাকা ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ইউনিভার্সিটির (ডিআইইউ) ভারপ্রাপ্ত উপাচার্য প্রফেসর ড. গণেশ চন্দ্র সাহাসহ উভয় প্রতিষ্ঠানের অন্যান্য উচ্চপদস্থ কর্মকর্তারা।

United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) signs MoU with Dhaka International University (DIU)
[Dhaka, 20 November 2024] United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) and Dhaka International University (DIU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide a range of banking services, including tuition fee collection and other banking facilities. Recently the signing ceremony took place at DIU Campus (Satarkul, Dhaka).
Mr. Nabil Mustafizur Rahman, Additional Managing Director of UCB, and Mr. Shameem Haider Patwary, Chairman, BOT of Dhaka International University (DIU), graced the event.
Also present at the ceremony were Md. Sekander-E-Azam, SEVP and Head of Transaction Banking at UCB; Dr. S. Quadir Patwari, Vice-Chairman, BOT of Dhaka International University (DIU); Prof. Md. Salim Bhuiyan, Adviser, Faculty of Business Studies of Dhaka International University (DIU); and Prof. Dr. Ganesh Chandra Saha, Vice-Chancellor (Acting) of Dhaka International University (DIU), along with other senior officials from both institutions.
